Privacy notice

We collect only the personal data needed to respond to enquiries, manage partner accounts and arrange services (data minimisation). Data is used solely for these purposes and is never sold.

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting booking, and in line with applicable legal retention periods. Partner account data is kept while the account is active.

We do not store payment card details. Where needed, we share data with suppliers only to deliver the services you request.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to enquiries@sdm.com.
